We are happy to announce our first Summer Frag Swap as a benefit for Wishes Can Happen.

This hobbyist only event will be held at Ocean Rift Aquatics on June 25th from 1-5pm.

Listings will begin on April 30th for registered sellers!

  • For a $25 donation to Wishes Can Happen you can reserve your space as a registered seller!
  • For a $35 donation to Wishes Can Happen you can reserve a powered space to set up a small frag tank and lights. Tanks must be smaller than 24" long. 
  • Each registered seller will receive a SwagBag sponsored by Omega One with samples and coupons plus 3 free raffle tickets.

  • Raffle tickets will be available for $1 each, 12 for $10 and 25 for $20. 
  • There will be a 50/50 raffle to benefit Wishes Can Happen at $1 per ticket with the winner receiving 50% of the total raffle amount and the other 50% going straight into the Wish Tank!
  • Winners of non-live raffle prizes do not need to be present to win. We will post all winning numbers online, on Facebook and through an email campaign. Prizes can be collected at winners convenience for 30 days after the event. After 30 days the prizes will be used for future Wishes Can Happen Fundraising.
  • Winners of any raffles that include live fish, coral or inverts must take their prize at the end of the event. 
  • Frags listed on ReefTrader MUST be in good health and pest free. Ocean Rift Aquatics along with CRSWA reserve the right to remove an item from the listings or event if needed. This is to protect the integrity of the swap and fellow hobbyists' tanks.
  • Doors will be open at 11:30am for sellers. Sellers with powered spaces will have the ability to set up the night before if needed.
  • Doors for the swap will open at 1pm with a limited number of SwagBags available as door prizes. 
  • Cold non-alcoholic beverages will be available for $1 donation to WCH
  • Cash is King at these events so remember to hit the ATM on the way in! While the store itself will be open, anything involving the Frag Swap directly (corals, admission, late registration, 50/50, raffle tickets) will be cash purchases unless the seller decides to offer a credit card option.
  • Food available in the plaza includes Lobster Louie's, Pizza Bogo and Ro's Custard. 

This is our innuagural event and it will be a little cozy here in the store! Please keep items like strollers to a minimum to allow for easy flow through the showroom. We will also have a cooler check in for people that bring coolers to transport their corals instead of them being carried around the rooms with icepacks avaiable. 

 

Raffle

Raffle Tickets will be available for $1 each, 12 for $10 and 25 for $20. Raffle Drawings will begin at 415pm. Winners do not need to be present to win unless prize is a live animal (fish, corals, inverts). We will publish winning numbers on Facebook, through our email chain and to our website after the conclusion of the event. Winners will have 30 days to pick up prizes afterwhich they will go toward another future Wishes Can Happen fundraising event.
