I've been growing my own phytoplankton for over a year now. I have three types of phyto growing, Nannochloropsis ovulate, Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Chlorella. I use only red Sea salt, RO/Di water, F/2 fertilizer and all my equipment is serialized. I run it under 3 5000k LED lights. I'll have close to 10 gallons on hand buy time of swap.
