This is the encrusting-type photosynthetic gorgonian. I've been told it is from Florida and is no longer able to be harvested. About 2"x1.5" It will grow on the sandbed as well as on rocks. I've tried to get it to grow on glass but with no luck. This is the only frag of this I am selling this year. It is a very hardy coral.

I was told long ago these Zoas are from the Caribbean,
because of that, these are pretty rare.

All of my $20 frags are $20 or 3 for $50.

10 to 15 nice heads approx 5 in across when opened This fell off its mount a month or so ago and now I have no room for it back where it was. It is not mounted. VERY Healthy originally thought this only had 4 or 5 heads. Took a pic tonight with heads retracted and there are 14 or more small heads.

Nice piece that broke off my mother colony a month or so ago. You see one head that is not colored well, he was at the back without lighting so he is coloring up now. These are very healthy heads of frogspawn mother colony in the one pic Size estimate when fully opened about 5" across frag is NOT mounted

I have two small approx 1" pieces of dead coral covered in these morph'd Fire and Ice zoas with 30+ polyps on each piece. I am including a few pictures under different lighting so you see what they look like. Under less actinic light they look almost like a mocha color in the center and brown lashes. But as you can see from close up and under more actinic they have a white center with blue out ring and very vibrant red/brown lashes. I fragged a few of these off onto frag plugs but they are not ready yet. Selling ONLY the two pieces circled in the first picture. The rest of the pictures are so you see the colors and the mother colony. The last two pictures are the best showing the colors

Don't hate me! But I don't believe in selling Chaeto that I would normally throw away (it's like charging for grass clippings from my yard to me). I will sell though for $2 each bag to cover the cost of the ziploc bag and we will call it "transportation and handling" lol. Quart size bags. 99.9% chaeto but other inert contents may include but not limited to, snail eggs, various pods, asternia babies, small shoots of calurpa,,,, you get the idea,,,, if you dont want those rinse the chaeto well before placing in you sump/refugium PLEASE 1 bag per person PLEASE!

This was my original Rasta frag that I have grown out into other locations in my tank. There really are more than 40 polyps this is a large frag disk not a typical 1 inch type. There are quite a few polyps growing off the edge that would be easily fragged off. Its really a nice colony. There is a SMALL amount of HA that was growing on the backside of this colony you can see in the second picture that the tangs could not get to. I will remove what I can with tweezers but would recommend a peroxide dip before placing in your tank if you don't have tangs.
