Louisville Marine Aquarium Society will be hosting our Fall Frag Swap this year and we are inviting you to come and join us. The event will be held at St. Thomas Fellowship Hall at 9616 Westport Road, Louisville, Kentucky, 40241, on November 17, 2018. The doors will be open at 12 am and close at 4 pm. Setup will begin at 8:30 am for the vendors.

We are capping the vendors at 12 this year. The Booth fee will be $125.00 or $100.00 and a $30.00 valued raffle item. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve a slot and preferred table location. Any remaining balance will be due by 9/25/2018. Payment can be made through PayPal toLoumaraqusociety@gmail.com . If PayPal is not the preferred method of payment, please contact the host at Loumaraqusocirety@gmail.com for other options. This year we will offer a section of the hall for hobbyist sales. The reservation fee for hobbyists will be $50. This location has limited slots, so book early.

The hall has plastic tables that can be used for your setup. If you need the use of a table, please note in your reservation, as the assumption will be that you are providing your own.
