Purchased from BRS in November of 2016 for the Black Friday sale. Only used for about 8 months directly after purchase and has been in storage since. The fixture still has 3 Giesemann bulbs and 1 API bulb in it, they are about 6 months old. I believe its three blue plus' and one coral plus (whiter). Those would be included. Also, I have 1 set of unused mounting hardware along with a used set, both are included.
