Not quite as intense blue as the cookie monster, but pretty darn close and a good substitute. Together they are the only corals that are bluer than an Oregon Tort! This type of stag is very uncommon in the US and grows out like a giant, ultra-thick branched hoeksemai ( though I'm pretty sure they aren't hoeks).
Second pic shows that it is indeed a true stag. Sorry about the waves. 1 1/4in frags. Copps sells this for $150 a frag on the rare occasions that he sells it.
